Do the Noles Have the Votes to Disband the ACC?

According to Action Network’s Brett McMurphy, 7 Atlantic Coast Conference schools have met for months regarding leaving the conference, including Florida State and Clemson. It was also just announced that Louisville would join and be the majority vote to potentially disband the ACC.
